Process of Plastic Injection Molding
At HF, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality and efficient plastic injection molding services. With our own mold design and manufacturing department, we achieve a seamless connection from mold development to injection production, ensuring that every step is under our strict control, thereby enhancing product quality and production efficiency.
Based on the performance requirements and application scenarios of the product, HF assists customers in selecting the most suitable plastic materials, such as ABS, PC, PP, etc. We are familiar with the characteristics of various plastic materials and can recommend the best material solutions according to product needs, ensuring the performance and quality of the product.
The molds manufactured by our own mold department are installed on the injection molding machine and debugged to ensure the normal operation of functions such as mold closure, cooling system, and ejection mechanism. We precisely adjust the injection parameters to ensure complete filling of the product and avoid issues such as short shots or bubbles.
The dried plastic pellets are heated to a molten state and injected into the mold cavity under high pressure. We precisely control the injection speed and pressure to ensure complete filling of the product and avoid issues such as short shots or bubbles.
After the injection is completed, continue to apply holding pressure to compensate for any shrinkage that may occur during the cooling process. Subsequently, the product cools and solidifies in the mold, with the cooling time determined by the thickness of the product and the characteristics of the material.
After cooling is complete, the mold opens, and the ejection mechanism pushes the product out of the mold. We ensure that the ejection process is smooth to prevent product deformation or surface damage.
Necessary post-processing is performed on the product, such as removing burrs, surface treatment (painting, silk screening, pad printing, etc.), and assembly, to enhance the product’s appearance and functionality.
We conduct strict quality inspections on each batch of products, including dimensional measurement, appearance inspection, and functional testing, to ensure that the products meet the customer’s specifications and standards.
